What we do

Most owners hear three different prices from three different brokers — usually inflated to win the listing, followed by months of silence and price cuts. A realistic number upfront saves you that entire cycle.

Our valuation combines recent comparable transactions in your society/sector, current circle rates, active listing competition, and market absorption data from RERA quarterly filings. You get a written report with a defensible price band and our honest read on how long it will take to sell at each point in the band.

Is this valuation valid for bank/loan purposes?

Banks use their own empanelled valuers for loan sanction. Our report is a market valuation for pricing decisions — selling, buying, family settlements — and often differs from bank valuations, which skew conservative.

What does a valuation cost?

A fixed fee depending on property type and location, quoted before we start. It is adjusted against our brokerage if you later sell through us.

How is this different from asking three brokers?

Brokers quote high to win your listing. We show you the comparables and data behind every number, and we put it in writing — accountability changes the answer.
