I'm an NRI — how do I receive rent and reports?
Rent goes directly to your Indian bank account (NRO where applicable). Reports, agreements and inspection media are shared on WhatsApp/email, and we can coordinate with your CA for TDS compliance.
Do you manage vacant properties too?
Yes. Vacant flats and plots need periodic checks, society-dues payment and security verification — we offer a lighter-touch plan exactly for this.
