We moved into Ashiana Mulberry Sohna in January 2023, and here is our honest review after living here for over a year.\n\nPros:\n✅ Construction Quality: Excellent finish, no seepage issues even during monsoons\n✅ Community: Friendly neighbors, regular events for kids and seniors\n✅ Maintenance: Well-maintained common areas, gardens always clean\n✅ Security: 24/7 guards, CCTV coverage, visitor management system\n✅ Location: Peaceful yet connected, 20 mins to Golf Course Road\n✅ Air Quality: Noticeably better than our previous Gurgaon apartment\n\nCons:\n❌ Limited public transport options\n❌ Few restaurants/cafes nearby (improving now)\n❌ Mobile network can be weak in some areas\n\nAmenities Usage:\n• Swimming pool is well-maintained and clean\n• Gym equipment is good but gets crowded evenings\n• Kids play area is excellent, our children love it\n• Clubhouse hosts regular weekend activities\n\nValue for Money: 9/10\nWe paid Rs 65 Lakhs for a 3 BHK in 2022. Similar apartments in Gurgaon were Rs 1.2 Cr+. Current resale value is around Rs 85 Lakhs - great appreciation!\n\nFinal Verdict: Highly recommended for families. The Ashiana community living experience is unmatched. Best decision we made!
